BBBOnLine Reliability Program

After conducting a feasibility test, the State of Indiana's Division of Information Technology and DoxTek are in the process of implementing a state-wide electronic forms management solutions that will allow internal and external publics to access, fill and submit state forms electronically — virtually eliminating costs associates with paper handling.

The solution, based on Verity software, gives authorized users the ability to design and publish forms, (i.e., permit requests, grant applications, unemployment claims, procurements, etc.) to an online repository. From the repository, internal and external publics can access a desired form, fill it out and submit it from any Internet-connected computer.

Once submitted, the form is automatically routed to a predefined recipient who can route, approve, or store the form.

"This is exciting technology that could improve the efficiency of state government services."
